Developed through hands-on experience working with community organizations and health-plan partners, CBO CONNECT University helps CBOs build knowledge across key areas — including health-plan benefits, cultural competency and Medicaid compliance, sustainability, waivers, BEP certification, and branding — so they can operate confidently and support individuals without barriers.
Through practical modules, real examples, and straightforward guidance, CBO CONNECT University strengthens internal capacity, improves communication and workflows, and supports high-quality service delivery for the communities CBOs serve every day.
